OBSERVATIONS

(b) To confirm reservations
- Make 50% deposit, in low season.
- Make 100% deposit, in high season.
- To make a deposit follow the next steps.
- The deposit voucher must be send by fax or send your credit card information.
(c) Policy
- Cancelations must be send by fax.
- Cancelations done 10 days before the arrive date gets 100% reimbrursement.
- Cancelations done 10 days before the arrive date gets 50% reimbrursement.
- Cancelations done less 5 days before the arrive date, during high season, will not get reimbursement.
